A clash of two unbeaten Titans - something had to give, and in time honoured fashion, we did! (Kind of like the Titans on Monday night then?)
Tony won, Paul won, Geoff lost (yes he did), Martin T lost, Rich lost, Peachey lost, Simon won, and Martin H lost.(3 points)
Tony & Paul lost (this zero is now pre-printed on the card), Geoff and Martin T won!, Rich and JPA lost, Simon and Martin H won.(2 points)
Lost the first 4, but the rock solid second 4 (OK Simon, that's enough - webmaster) won to take the match to the eight.(2 points)
Unfortunately they hammered us and we lost 7-12 (1 match point to 2).
A good night and a close game. The first double continues to fail, but may have a chance next week as Tony can't play! Martin T gets out to win his double.
Captain's comment - "Oh well, maybe we can finish second this year".
